Paketiq may store user profiles, drivers, riders, vehicles, routes, zones, delivery records, customer contact details, proof of delivery, photos, signatures, OTP events, fuel records, maintenance records, compliance documents and audit logs.
Location and proof records
Location context may be used for delivery tracking, proof of delivery, route visibility, vehicle movement and accountability where enabled by the organization.
Access control
Access can be controlled by role, branch, route, vehicle, department and permissions. Sensitive records should only be available to authorized users.
